I liked that I could do it within my range of movement without pushing myself too hard (I think I can keep it up).
I have been going to the clinic for 20 years and have had a health check every year on my birthday. This time, my blood pressure, body fat, cholesterol, AIC and other numbers were all good, so the director asked me if I had started anything new. I answered, "Pilates." He said it must be the effect of that.
Even at the age of 76, I enjoy receiving praise and guidance from others.
I've been consciously moving my body several times a day and it's made me feel so much better.
